After shutting down, Freddy's locations are almost always simply abandoned, left as is.
He always comes back.
...and so does basically everyone else.
All the pieces are brought together...

A father makes their child an animatronic, and the child dies.
Jeremy hurts his head.
But it's all just an illusion.
